The Challenge We’re looking for a product marketing leader to grow our industry leading apps that creative professionals and enthusiasts around the world trust to bring their creative vision to life. In this dynamic role, you will define the marketing and sales strategy for the graphic design category. Are you interested in joining a team of product marketers and strategists who work with senior product management, finance, and global channel leaders to plan the business and market our products to customers everywhere? 

What You’ll Do

Define the market opportunity to help creative professionals, hobbyists, sales and marketing professionals, and students achieve their creative goals with our products and services (e.g. TAM, audience profiling, market share, competition)
Develop product and marketing strategies to unlock new growth opportunities including product roadmap, GTM, positioning, messaging, pricing, route to market)
Identify competitive landscape and implement organic expansion strategies and tactics (e.g. new products or services, new markets, pricing and packaging, channels)
Lead priority company initiatives that deliver strong financial results and influence our go to market (GTM) motions across the customer journey
Drive the long term planning process with Adobe’s leadership team as we write the investment plan to drive innovation and grow our business
Monitor the performance and health of the business as we assess the experience of customers at the heart of our company’s success

Desired Skills and Experience

Product marketing experience. You have a distinctive track record of impact in marketing and strategy decisions based on your recommendations. You can use market insights, anticipate market needs and trends, how they manifest in product needs, and predict go to market challenges that influence the product direction.
Strategic clarity. You can discuss competitive strengths and weaknesses of our product portfolio and how we can best win new Adobe customers.
Trust. Professional experience and insights to advise product and sales leaders based on a deep understanding of audiences, products, channels, and value chain.
Excellent storyteller and communicator. The gift to tell a powerful and simple story to senior executives, technical leaders, and marketers across a range of complex issues with the quiet confidence of a wealth of evidence in your back pocket.
Innovative, Creative thinking. Comfortable thinking in the abstract and about the future in new ways. Influence by challenging the status quo to push our team and cross-functional partners to solve problems and initiate new opportunities with fresh ideas using a hypothesis driven approach to increase confidence in new approaches and apply learning along the way.

  • 10+ years of product and marketing experience in a consumer or commercial technology (internet, SaaS, hardware), consumer packaged goods, or professional services business 
  • Product launch, go to market, and category management experience 
  • Experience with developing strategies for products/services across devices (desktop, web and mobile.) 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud services
