The Opportunity

Join the team revolutionizing B2B Marketing with Adobe Marketo Engage, the industry’s leading marketing automation platform (MAP) with a passionate community of customers and partners. You’ll drive strategic initiatives that help grow the Adobe Marketo Engage franchise to a $1B business! You’ll work in a face-paced, energetic environment focused on innovation for our flagship offering in support of new business growth and retention. You’ll develop effective positioning, collateral and training to enable our field and marketing organizations while communicating market and customer insights to product management to influence our roadmap.

What you'll Do

  • Lead and manage the entire go-to-market process and all deliverables to ensure successful positioning and communication of the innovation in Adobe Marketo Engage’s quarterly product releases to our field, customers and partners
  • Develop and track KPIs related to the quarterly product releases
  • Conduct market, customer and competitive research to develop insights and strategies thatinform product positioning and direction•

Develop sales collateral to enable effective selling, work with marketing execution teams on

product launches and work with product management to influence product roadmap

Train global sales teams on all-new product offerings, pricing and packaging and quarterly

product updates and releases as part of the go-to-market process

Develop a deep sense of customer empathy through direct customer interactions (e.g. deal

support, customer events, customer interviews, etc.)

Develop roadmap and product collateral with compelling, customer-centric positioning

Develop thought leadership collateral and presentations and present regularly at Adobe

customer events and industry events

Influence product pricing and train the sales organization on pricing changes

What is needed to succeed

Work with PR, AR and events teams on product launch-related activities

Work with Customer Success and Customer Marketing teams to ensure Adobe Marketo

Engage innovation is successfully communicated in support of adoption and retention

• Support the overall success of the product line working in conjunction with sales, marketing and product management organization.

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related discipline combined with related experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in product marketing or outbound marketing/demand generation role within the software or SaaS (software as a service) industry.
  • Clear understanding of the digital marketing landscape: marketing automation; demand generation; personalization; sales enablement/effectiveness; attribution reporting; campaign management
  • Customer-obsessed attitude; direct experience with marketing automation a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally acrosssales, marketing & product management organizations to achieve goals
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to draw business relevant inferences from data
  • Results-oriented approach, ability to take calculated risks
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing business needs and external marketdynamics
  • Demonstrate upstanding character, leadership, consistent execution and commitment tocustomer satisfaction.•
