Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) organization is one of Cisco’s fastest growing teams, and the CX Engineering & Product Incubation organization is transforming how Cisco delivers value to our customers & partners via our product portfolio. This team is charged with driving the digital experience, automation and innovative strategies for CX SaaS products.

What You’ll Do

Own the strategy and execution of CX Cloud product growth including, analytics, customer onboarding, design thinking and customer feedback segments of the CX Cloud Adoption & Growth team. You'll work with other leaders in product, engineering and data science responsible to bring new features to market to drive the growth and adoption of CX Cloud. You should be an incredible leader that brings proven product-led growth management experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving significant growth (users, revenue) using product-led growth methodologies, designing and implementing hypothesis tests and experiments in the product designed to increase adoption, growth and engagement
  • Understand and drive user behavior analytics, tools and reporting based on your previous experiences and industry standards for consumer and enterprise web application analytics
  • Continually analyze, innovate and implement solutions that help our customers increase value realization, while also understanding and protecting end users desire for data privacy.
  • Lead a cross functional team driving software development of customer prototypes, measuring, iterating on and productizing customer prototypes that drive product growth and usage
  • Orchestrate and lead customer onboarding and analytics and through purchase to account creation including implementing scalability throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Build a collaborative and inclusive environment that is respectful, open-minded, and effective, and cultivate a culture of accountability and self-management

Who You’ll Work With

You will be a core member of the Insights and Innovation team and work cross functionally with CX Engineering, PMO, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing and greater Cisco stakeholders in this role. The team is responsible for defining the strategy, processes, tools and mechanisms for scalable customer and partner feedback gathering, driving onboarding, adoption and engagement with CX Engineering products and collaborating across-CX teams to make our customers successful.

Who You Are

You will have:

  • 17+ years of enterprise SaaS experience with a mix of product management, development and product marketing experience and experience managing managers in fast paced, agile product development environment
  • Ability to negotiate and influence opinions and decision making at the senior executive level (internal and externally) on critical matters, influencing policy making and changing the thinking of others on broad and complex issues, both technical and non-technical, that may fall outside of the organization function, business unit or geography.
  • Record of driving significant product growth through methods like optimization, AB testing and growth hacking using industry standard tools and methods
  • Consistent record of delivering successful consumer software products and services at scale to a global enterprise user base
  • Background in rapid prototyping and development, working closely with agile engineering teams, design, research, customer support, partners, and third parties across offices in many different locations and time zones
  • Strong ability to influence people at all levels both within and outside our organization
  • Extraordinarily strong analytical abilities and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision making
  • Ability to make reasoned decisions in the face of uncertainty or imperfect data
  • Direct experience with web application, user and event analytics and reporting tools and integrations
