Facebook Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving quickly. This job description represents different full-time roles across Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram.
Product Manager, Ads Responsibilities
- Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
- Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products that drive value for businesses, consumers, and Facebook.
- Drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
- Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.
- Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norms.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years product management or related experience in Ads.
- Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
- Proven skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and defining products that address all the relevant use-cases.
- Experience in growing and scaling products.
- Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues.
- Proven communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital/personalized ads.
- Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms.
- Experience with assessing external market forces and incorporating into product strategy/roadmaps.
- Experience working and influencing effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including with people outside the direct reporting chain and senior executives.
