Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Facebook Product Managers in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) work with teams of engineers, state-of-the-art machine learning experts from around the world, designers, data scientists, researchers, marketing managers, and others to build meaningful products. We are looking for entrepreneurial Product Managers who move quickly, innovate, and execute product initiatives. This opportunity represents different full-time AI-focused roles across the company: Ads and Business Products, Central Products, Facebook Financial, Facebook App, Facebook Reality Labs, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Domain knowledge in AI/ML such as personalization, ranking, search, content understanding (visual, speech, text), assistants, and more is preferred.

Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Responsibilities

  • Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
  • Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.
  • Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years product management or related industry experience.
  • Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience in areas such as ads and content personalization, ranking, search, content understanding (computer vision, automatic speech recognition, text), assistants, and more.
  • Experience developing social products, technologies, and platforms.
