Built on Service Cloud, IT Service Center delivers real-time visibility into IT assets, systems, and critical data so teams can quickly triage and solve IT-related issues.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product and sales teams to drive messaging and positioning, campaigns, enablement, customer stories, and more for IT Service Center. Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits for internal and external audiences are key.


  • Lead creation of messaging and positioning with input from product management, sales leadership, and field teams.
  • Define and evolve buyer definition and key positioning
  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to drive the business and go-to-market strategy. Track, measure, and report against objectives.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand product strategy and features
  • Produce external-facing content including pitch decks, webinars, datasheets, e-books, demo videos, and more across all funnel stages
  • Develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales and partners to understand our solution offerings and key positioning
  • Support major Salesforce events such as Dreamforce and 3rd party events/conferences.
  • Define and evolve buyer definition and key positioning

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Experience crafting compelling positioning and messaging
  • Hands-on capability to build a range of marketing assets, including succinct slide pitch-decks, eBooks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills -- comfortable presenting in large audiences
  • Exceptional organizational skills to define and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Creative problem solver that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of partners to drive execution.
