Sales Cloud is looking for a creative, talented, motivated product marketer to lead our Channel Sales (Partner Relationship Management) business. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll think strategically about how to position and grow our solution to help our customers better engage with their channel partners (think: resellers, dealers, distributors, brokers, agents, and more). You will partner closely with product managers, solution engineers, and passionate fellow marketers to bring Channel Sales use cases to life for our internal and external audiences.

On the Sales Cloud team, our product marketers are storytellers first. We make the complex, simple. We create memorable content and demos that are industry-relevant, easy to relate to, and captivating for our customers. We showcase the power of our products and solutions across launches, webinars, content, campaigns, events, enablement, and more.


  • Develop innovative, differentiated Channel Sales messaging and positioning based on a deep understanding of our customers’ top goal and challenges, and bring it to life in launches, content, campaigns, events, enablement, and more
  • Partner closely with Sales Cloud Go-to-Market to develop and manage internal content, presentations, impactful trainings, competitive analysis, and other marketing collateral to help our sales team create and close pipeline
  • Create customer-facing content, videos, webinars, and product assets that are inspiring and relevant to companies of various industries and sizes – from the smallest SMBs to the largest, most complex global enterprises
  • Represent the Sales Cloud team at major events and conferences
  • Build relationships across the company to evangelize the Channel Sales narrative in relation to complementary products and industry teams
  • Partner closely with product management, campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers and drive cross-functional alignment on projects


  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and writing skills
  • Hands-on capability to create a range of marketing collateral, including succinct slide pitch decks, ebooks, videos, demos, and event/webinar content
  • Proven track record of speaking in front of and influencing internal, external, and global audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple products and cross-functional initiatives
  • Flexible team player with proven ability to lead and inspire others
  • Proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage complex and competing projects with tight deadlines
  • Preferred: Expertise with Salesforce products and platform, and familiarity with the channel sales landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
