My team use it across the GTM and product marketing workflows. Some examples:1. Customer research and synthesis: Auto-summarize calls, tickets, Slack threads, and tag themes.2. Market and competitive scanning: Daily digests of competitor releases, pricing pages, blogs, and social.3. Experiment design and analysis: First-pass analysis of A/B results with commentary I double-check4. Content and communication: Drafting spec outlines, release notes, FAQs, and internal updates. The job doesn’t shrink, ...Read More

I’d use three part approach: Start with outcomes, not AI/Model. Pick 2–3 core KPIs (revenue per user, tickets resolved, time-to-value). Ask: “Where can AI create a 5–10x improvement?” not “Where can I add a chatbot?” Structure the roadmap into AI buckets. Foundations: data quality, evals, guardrails, observability. Horizontal: Agents, natural language search, summaries across the product. Deep workflows: a few critical journeys where AI can own the task end-to-end. Sequence investments pragmatic ...Read More

A few area ’m paying close attention to: Agents/Agentic workflows.AI that doesn’t just chat, but actually takes actions across tools (create tickets, update CRM, kick off workflows). I’m looking for 2–3 critical flows where an agent can run end-to-end, safely. Richer reasoning over enterprise data - context graphMoving from “summarize this doc” to “analyze these accounts, prioritize them, and explain why.” That pushes us to invest in better data pipelines, schemas, and policies, not just better ...Read More

  4. Have you encountered any challenges in terms of user understanding or acceptance of AI?

    Yes a few:
    Lack of mental model
Users don’t know what AI is good/bad at, so they either ask it to do impossible things or give it trivial tasks and see no value.
    Eval is an afterthought
Lack of understanding on how to test AI output. Most people do not know how to analyze an agent trace

Cost: cost will add up if you do not have a right strategy on which model to use for what task

Data Readiness: This is harder than what most people assume. AI is as good as the data it has access to

  5. How do you decide whether AI meaningfully solves the user problem vs. being a feature for the sake of AI?

I try to answer one question: if we removed the AI, would anyone care? Is this making the JTBD faster, better or cheaper?

    A few checks I use:
    • The problem is painful even without AI in the sentence.
    • I can write a clear before/after workflow and see steps truly disappearing.
    • I can attach it to 1–2 core metrics and a timeframe, not vanity “engagement.”
    • A simpler non‑AI solution wouldn’t get me 80% of the value.

I focus on customer success and figuring out our short term and long term moat and focus on shipping fast and learning from feedback/data learning loop: Your unique data and workflow.Ask: Where do we see reality that others don’t? and Which workflows do customers already trust us to own? That’s where AI can be truly different, not just comparable. Pain you can 10x, not demo you can copy.If a competitor launches an AI feature, I talk to customers: Did this change how you work, or is it just a shi ...Read More
