Alrighty, good question. I will assume this is around how PMM in technical companies can leverage AI. First off, let me start by saying that EVERY marketer should look to boost their AI familiarity given how incredible helpful these tools can be At Cyera we use AI to help with what we call "Marketing Moments" - these are moments in time where we look to make a lightning strike. As a PMM one of those moments are obviously product launches. We are using AI today to help with technical and non-tech ...Read More

I love this question. Honestly, it all starts with being curious. Teach yourself as much as you can about how these tools work. Play around with them. ChatGPT is the easiest start point IMO. But as far as some hyper-specific guidance Start with your most mundane tasks - what do you really REALLY hate doing as part of your job? Scripting? Blogs? Enablement? Launch Planning? Once you lock in your initial set of tasks - start playing around with some prompts - and be sure to catalog them somewhere. ...Read More

  3. What’s the biggest efficiency you get from AI

Okay this by FAR, the greatest efficiency has come from technical content development. One of the PMMs on my team created his on GPT specifically for blog creation. The way it works is 1. He develops the outline and prompts the GPT - we have a corporate ChatGPT account (I advise you push your IT team for this too if you don't already!) 2.The GPT writes the blog as if they were a Product Manager at Cyera 3.The Product Manager then uses this as the baseline to edit and enhance - i.e. adding in tec ...Read More

One of the coolest applications I have come across has been Notebook LM by Google. It's been a truly great tool. Not only does it crank out podcasts based on document uploads (everything from videos to research papers), it makes it simple for you to use the dialogue within the podcast to serve as copy for scripts and voice overs. The tool is versatile, and works quickly. The quality is there too. Every once it will pronounce words incorrectly. For example it will pronounce CISO as "Cy-Zo" instea ...Read More

Honestly the best way - ask Chat this

"How do I create and train my own GPT on ChatGPT. What are the best practices that I must consider? Please outline them with a ChatGPT beginner in mind. I learn best through examples. Can you give an example of how a Content Marketing Manager at (INSERT YOUR COMPANY) could do this?"

Three things. Prioritize, focus, and learn over time. We are just at the beginning of AI adoption. Avoid that feeling of "i'm falling behind, everyone gets it but me!" We are ALL learning at this point. Recognize that. Prioritize the tasks you feel that GenAI tools can help you get better at. Literally things you dont like, or maybe helping your learn new elements of the technology ecosystem that are foreign to you. Try not to tackle more than three, or that may be too big to chew at first. Focu ...Read More

Yes, definitely! In fact, I wish more people shared the tools they are using. We can all grow and learn together, as a community HeyGen - this is a GenAI-based video creation platform. You can essentially create an avatar and have you avator record videos in multiple languages. Cool tool Notebook LM - this is a free tool for any Google Workspace users. Probably for general Google accounts as well. This allows you to input any PPT, Google SLide deck, video, .PDF, .DOC etc and creates a super enga ...Read More

At this point ChatGPT is our team's primary AI tool on the Corporate Marketing as well as Product Marketing team. But in areas like Growth Marketing we use tools like Common Room. It's a pretty cool tool that basically serves as customer Intelligence platform. It's built for go-to-market (GTM) teams (sales, marketing, RevOps, community/DevRel) that unifies buyer signals across many channels, enriches identities, and automates actions. One cool feature in particular the team likes is Common Room' ...Read More

This is one of the most important questions. Personally, I am a big believer of the human in the loop concept. Basically think of the relationship between humans and AI tools for a second. AI should serve as the generation engine. Humans should serve as the verification engine. BTW check out this video from Y Combinator - it's Andrej Karpathy explaining this 20 times better than I am. Skip to minute 22 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCEmiRjPEtQ In certain tasks you will need to be in the loop ...Read More
