One I am most excited about is Real-Time Competitive & Market Intelligence AI can make this a continuous, ongoing process. I am hopeful that AI ill be able to continuously monitor competitor websites, social media, industry news in real-time so that it instantly updates competitive materials like positioning frameworks and battle-cards. It will move us from reactive to proactive. Another is through Proactive Prospect Identification. Imagine a world where marketing is generating the majority ...Read More

First and foremost, a POV on what should and should NOT be automated is hugely important. What are things that require strategic, human guidance and know-how vs. what are things that AI can help you do to improve your workflows, speed of execution, industry understanding, etc? Your superpower should determine what is strategic vs. tactical. None of you will probably find this revolutionary but we are huge Claude users on our marketing, insights, etc teams - whether it is to leverage teamwork/groups for shared projects like market research, or to debug an error on a webpage, or to refine messaging to make something like email copy even sharper. We also use Gong in partnership with our Sales teams. Additionally, my company has heavily invested in 1p tooling that pulls together a myriad of different sources (1p and 3p) including Gong, ...Read More

One we are beginning to experiment is with an AI Agent called Manus. Check it out: https://manus.im/
It is now owned by Meta, but we are able to connect it to our internal tools like Salesforce, Hubspot as well as 3p sources as well as 1p sources like API plug-ins we have access to, so I see it as a super-aggregator.

  5. How can we balance AI's automation with the need for a personal human touch in marketing campaigns?

To me, the answer is when AI comes into play when crafting campaigns. I see so much content out there that sounds like it has not been touched by a human - LinkedIn posts, email copy, etc. I view the role of AI as a copy editor, not a copy generator. The outline and first draft of content should be written by YOU, not Claude. I have found that even when if you create a custom copywriter that has all of the proper inputs to make the copywriter tailored to your brand, tone, voice product, etc like ...Read More
