    It all begins with defining an outcome-oriented joint success plan with the customer, grounded in their business goals. This includes identifying clear, quantifiable metrics tied to those outcomes. For example, if a customer’s goal is to gain better visibility into risks and reduce churn, we align on that as a core objective.
