    I love this question, because it sets a constraint on my expected output.     1. Being an expert in what customers are experiencing and saying about your area of the product (and how that relates to the greater company strategy)

    2. Being an expert in the competitive landscape for your area of the product, and trends in the market

    3. Being highly accountable: following up every feedback thread (even just a brief "we've decide not to pursue this because [reason]" is helpful, overcommunicating about changes to timelines, and flagging risks to high priority items early
