    It starts with a simple principle: you can’t innovate if you don’t have the capacity to do so. RevOps teams sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance, and can very quickly become overloaded with ad hoc requests and reactive work.     Great question! The best RevOps teams remain innovative and are always looking to improve. Here are a few ideas to build a culture of continuous improvement: Make innovation / continuous improvement part of your RevOps team's core values. Talk about it in team meetings, performance reviews, etc. Recognize and reward innovators on your team. Allow your team to carve out time for innovation.     To foster a culture of continuous improvement, foster a culture of collaboration: Encourage communication between team members and cross-functional teams. In the Kaizen philosophy, you can't improve a process if you're not doing it day-to-day. Listen, and give credibility to, the challenges of those who do the work.
