The fastest way to level up is to get great at the tools that amplify core PMM work: sharp thinking, clear writing, and repeatable enablement. I would say anchor your move in a domain where your current experience is already credible. For an ad agency account manager, that often means PMM roles tied to ads products, marketing platforms, or creative workflows.
