Vibes. While it's easy to use the word of 2025 as a throwaway answer to this "Vibes" is the only way to approach AI strategy, as everything changes so fast! Very much from the context of AI as an assistant for Customer Success functions rather than a replacement, CS team members should be able to know whether an AI produced or assisted outcome is valuable and any CS team member needs to be able to fall back on themselves and their own I(ntelligence) if it turns out to be wild gibberish.
