How do you effectively incorporate webinars into product/feature launches pre and post release? Can you help give us tips in navigating internal conversations where there is push and pull on teams being challenged with demand generation vs client training focus on these webinars but bandwidth to only to do 1 or 2 total webinars.

When there are limited resources and conflicting goals. Look for ways to consolidate. In the case of a webinar to support a product launch, position the webinar towards the prospect and focus on the value the launch and the new capabilities bring. You might not be able to go deep into the platform or give away too much of the how like you would if it were a customer-facing webinar. With the approach of having a launch webinar positioned for all audiences, follow-up is key. Make sure you prep your BDR team with talking points post that they can use post webinar to drive prospects deeper into the funnel or request a personalized demo. For customers, have your CS team reach out to any customer that registered for the webinar to field any questions and dive deeper as needed.
