What process have you taken to enable your sales team to demo a new version of a feature while it's in Beta? I'm planning to launch a new product at a large event soon and am in the process of creating a 'Product bible' for everyone who will be on the floor talking about the product. Do you have any examples of things you would include aside from the obvious (pricing, target customer, key benefits, use cases etc)? When launching a significant sub-product (e.g. an enterprise version of an existing product) how do you strike the right balance of enabling your sales team without bombarding them with dizzying details?What medium (slides, software, etc.) should be used to share product roadmap with customers without competitors getting access and without the risk of resources being shared that are out dated?
