Totally a team productivity play. That's where most companies are right now. How to do work faster. Soon it will become how to expand our ability to innovate and after that, we'll be spinning out new market opportunities!
This year, each team member will have an OKR related to creating an AI tool to help them with their work. We have support from our IT organization to do this, which is a great help!
