What customer segments do you see as early adopters for agentic features, and how does this inform your rollout strategy?

    This really depends on how you segment your customers but as a general example: Start with internal users first. Member support, operations, finance are all great places to start. Next, enterprise users would be a broad spectrum. Front-desk, back-offices or admin users are most likely to have use-cases that can be improved with AI. Finally, direct to consumer segment.
