How do you handle KPI formulation?

    Three important considerations in forming KPIs:1. Make sure that you can confidently attribute movement in the KPI to your product release or launch. So broad metrics like churn or retention are super hard to map back to PMM-led initiatives (unless you're doing a highly controlled experiment).2.
