I have six years' experience in marketing and four as a PMM. I am currently looking for my next challenge as a PMM and I keep failing the interview. As a result, I wonder how and what I should do in order to prove my value and pass my assignments.
In addition to the background check and research, I spend a full work day (more than 9 hours) on the home assignments. Should I take a course? Do you have one you recommend? It would be great to have a mentor to guide me and to brainstorm with.

When looking to grow as a product marketer what are the levels of responsibilities that take you to the next level and the salary ranges associated. Also, what are the pros and cons of being an individual contributor vs managing a team. Im currently the only PMM in the company and there is a lot of work to do. What kinds of experiences, or which characteristics/traits, do employers care about most? While looking at next level roles, how do you overcome hiring bias for the same domain. Your career history is what it is. Very few, if any, hiring managers are willing to look at the broad horizontal PMM skills that a candidate brings to the table. How can a junior digital marketing generalist stand out as a PMM candidate in a role that requires 3+ years of product marketing experience? When moving from a Sr PMM role to ‘lead’, what are those attributes that person should embody?
