Can you speak to how to go through a successful product launch with no budget. Using existing tools to grab your current and new audience base specifically with features that are meant to grab a new type of user.

    This is something that requires some creativity, but it's definitely possible - and a great constraint! Any time I think about a launch, I try to think about 3 channels: Earned Owned Paid You're ruling out paid, and not buying search ads or billboards - that's perfectly fine. Your current audience is the most straightforward audience to market to, because you own the channels through which you can communicate with them.     Oh I am the biggest fan of a scrappy no budget launch. They've been the rule not the exception in my career, and some of the best performing launches I've been part of had almost nothing behind them. The first thing I'd say is that no budget doesn't mean no strategy. You still need a clear point of view on who you're trying to reach and what you want them to do.
