Here's my advice to entry-level product marketers: Invest time in learning - not just about your product, but also about your market, industry, competitors, customers and partners. My biggest piece of advice is find your niche. It could be a customer segment (i.e, Startups, Dental Offices) and/or a sub-category of an industry (i.e, Fintech Neobanks, SaaS Design). Just make sure you're interested in it. As you build your career, you'll become an expert in this niche, build content / speaking opportunities, and you'll be solicited for that knowledge. It's the easiest way to get ahead and gain additional income over your peers. Best of luck!
