So much of storytelling today happens beyond what we create, like in communities, social spaces, and with creators who tweak or reinterpret our messages. How do you design a story that can hold its integrity even after you lose control of it? What’s the modern PMM’s role in this?

    I believe the stronger the story, the more it will have legs and be consistently told once you release it to the market. If you have a very clear story with a clear value proposition, it will hold its integrity a lot longer than if it's overly complex, like having too many value propositions or differentiators competing for attention.
