One of the coolest applications I have come across has been Notebook LM by Google. It's been a truly great tool. Not only does it crank out podcasts based on document uploads (everything from videos to research papers), it makes it simple for you to use the dialogue within the podcast to serve as copy for scripts and voice overs.
