Messaging framework quality assurance, weirdly. We built something that checks copy against our approved messaging and flags any identified drift...like wrong personas being used, or old product names being mentioned, etc. We run all content through it before it goes like...and were pleasantly surprised at how well it actually worked.

I'm pleasantly surprised that non-technical marketing team members are adopting Claude Code.

Even non-technical people are using Claude Code to build things for themselves or share with others. This democratizes creation and reduces reliance on partner teams.

Using AI as a workshop co-facilitator has been very useful.

In a fully remote company, I use Claude to build facilitation frameworks, summarize transcripts, and extract actions and takeaways. This allows me to focus on the conversation while getting clear next steps. Also, creating Gemini songs to keep teams motivated during launches has been fun.

Our creative team built a bespoke video platform that blew me away.

They created a platform where you can add characters and scripts, and it generates videos using different models. The output was incredible, especially for digital ads. Also, a budget agent that tracks budget across businesses in one view has been surprisingly magical.
