Messaging framework quality assurance, weirdly. We built something that checks copy against our approved messaging and flags any identified drift...like wrong personas being used, or old product names being mentioned, etc. We run all content through it before it goes like...and were pleasantly surprised at how well it actually worked.496 Views -
