    Five and ten years feels way too long to forecast with any confidence given how fast things are moving right now. I'd rather give you one and three years, which I think are more useful horizons. One year from now, AI fluency is table stakes for every PMM. Not just knowing which tools to use, but having the judgment to know when AI output is wrong, incomplete, or confidently misleading.
