    This is a place where I would tread carefully before using AI across the board. It might require first unpacking the manager-employee relationship into three distinct layers. There are Transactional elements (Prime for AI): Task tracking, scheduling, routine approvals, data collection, and information distribution.     Varun's framework of transactional, developmental, and relational layers is a clean way to think about this.
