What tools or processes are currently in place to facilitate handoff between Marketing and Sales?

    The goal of the handoff is to ensure a smooth transition for the lead, so they don't feel dropped or confused, and for both teams to have all the context they need. This starts with a shared tools between Marketing & Sales to allow both teams working from the same source of truth, and understanding the customer journey.
