    AI is compressing research cycles, but the fundamentals haven't changed.

    You should watch them do their work, not ask them what AI Features they want.
    My Playbook is called "Watch Me Code" where we watch a user go through their e2e work, mapping the journey, where they experience friction or get blocked, and get feedback on their expectations along the way. Customers articulate problems; you translate them into solutions. Extract their pain points, then build what solves for them to your roadmap.
