    Find common ground between teams, identify where the breakdown in communication is happening, and bring people together in facilitated workshops to solve problems collaboratively. One strategy that has worked well for me is taking the time to find the common ground between teams - identifying what both sides care about.     In my experience, nothing softens siloed departments more than a big product launch. Before the launch, have a convo with each department head and ask, "What does your team need before we launch a new product/feature?" A lot of the time, they will ask for items owned by other departments. That's great! You'll also want to dig in and see what THEY need to do for a new feature/product launch.
