How do you balance launching multiple products without overwhelming customers?

    This is something my team thinks about all the time! We can't always perfectly time our product launches (due to internal readiness and/or other external factors that come up) but we really try our best to group launches when it makes sense. This also lets us tell a bigger story to our customers about how Etsy is investing in the selling experience and the marketplace as a whole, which is much harder to do when we're just communicating one-off launches.     When there are multiple product launches, you want to develop a GTM strategy that doesn't overwhelm or confuse your customers and market. Here are some things that I focus on: Start with the customer journey.Before I map out launch dates or build assets, I map out who each launch is for and where it fits in their overall journey.
