Three things. Prioritize, focus, and learn over time. We are just at the beginning of AI adoption. Avoid that feeling of "i'm falling behind, everyone gets it but me!" We are ALL learning at this point. Recognize that. Prioritize the tasks you feel that GenAI tools can help you get better at. Literally things you dont like, or maybe helping your learn new elements of the technology ecosystem that are foreign to you.
