Content marketing is an important tactic in driving growth. It is also equally a strategy for developing a brand and its voice. Content can take many shapes, depending on your business and industry, so it’s critical to define what it means for your business.
To develop effective content strategies, I recommend starting with your goals. What are you trying to accomplish with XYZ piece of content? Who is your target audience, and what matters to them? What does value look like for them? Let these answers help shape your content strategy.
Lastly, this should be a dynamic exercise. You should experiment with your content and let your target audience’s feedback help inform future strategies.
