    Being clear and concise in your communications is essential for developing executive presence as a leader. To me, executive presence means being clearer and being more concise. Leaders don't have a lot of time. Usually PMMs know all of the details, but leaders don't want to hear everything. The people on my team who I've seen grow the quickest are the ones who put away the details and say, "This is the most important thing" calmly and clearly.
