How do you plan for the year when marketing multiple products?

Considering that you have to do sales enablement, product launches, events, redoing messaging and campaigns

    Think about the story you want to tell for the year and what that overall arc is. How can you position the progression in a way that compounds value? If they are products that serve vastly different segments, then think about what that means for the organization. There's always a way to find the through-line; you just have to find the thread

    I think this is the same situation whether it's a big or small company and prioritisation is the most consistent theme here. That and alignment to business objectives or goals. Seems simple but I find it's really easy through a planning phase to distract yourself from what the business needs in order to hit its goals.
