    Kelly's framing around tiered launches and the constant drum beat is the right operating model. I'd add the enterprise dimension, where rollout mechanics change significantly when you're selling to large organizations with procurement cycles, implementation teams, and multi-stakeholder adoption curves. The most consistent mistake I've seen in enterprise rollouts is conflating GA with adoption. Going GA is a product milestone. Adoption is a revenue milestone, and it starts much later.
