What is your strategy around segmenting buyer personas?

I recommend segmenting buyer personas based on their use cases or jobs to be done. It’s important to address the question of, “what problems are you helping with for this cohort of people?”
It’s also based on the value you deliver. What value are you delivering for this group of people versus that group? The way they speak about their problems may be different. The framing for how you can deliver value may be different.
I recommend thinking of this through the lens of addressing the question, “why should they care?” Segment your buyer personas from this perspective.
