There are plenty of ways to repurpose and reuse created content, especially when you look at how limited resources are in most companies.

Depending on whether you'd like to repurpose these for internal or external use there are a few ways you can do it.

Internal repurposing:
- Create a knowledge hub of various case studies based on different filters for internal enablement or easy reference during sales calls
- Highlight the case study in an internal newsletter
- Turn the written case study into a video case study and viceversa

External repurposing:
- Use a set of case studies based on a specific criteria (eg industry) and create a social media campaign / email campaign
- Include it in the sales cadence where it makes sense
- Use it as a conversation starter in communities (you promote the case study and increase engagement)
- If you have more than one case study you can play around with the format:
- create a carousel for social media,
- create a video reel with key problems per industry or key achievements per industry,
- showcase it in your podcasts or owned events
- create a co-marketing article or asset together with that specific customer and any partner that might've been involved
- use quotes from the case study in demand gen campaigns (social, email, partners presentations etc).

There are many more ways but hopefully this gives you more ideas.

Creating content takes a lot of time and it definitely makes sense to get as much as possible from your work. Some ideas to reuse content, such as case studies, could beĀ

  • customers' quotes or successful achievements shared over socialsĀ
  • LinkedIn Carousel Posts with case-study highlights
  • reposting the case study as the Linkedin article
  • make an infographic from case study content and use it on social
  • make a SlideShare & Speaker Deck presentationĀ
  • join podcasts and talk about success stories based on your content

I hope, it helps!
