    The fastest way to build trust is to just show up and do the work. Early on, I look for opportunities to partner on something — a launch, a campaign, a sales play — and let the output speak for itself. Once a team sees what product marketing can actually do, the relationship changes. Trust isn't something you ask for, it's something you earn through results.
