When you are the first and only one PMM in the company, how can you get started with market research and get results?

    Being the first PMM is a huge opportunity, but it can feel overwhelming when there's no existing foundation. The most important thing is to not try to build everything at once. Pick one or two high-priority research questions tied to a real business decision and start there.
